Ukraine: Zaporizhzhia nuclear plant shaken by ‘powerful explosions’

Ukraine's Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant, which is under Russian control, was rocked by dozens of blasts and shelling on Sunday.

In a statement, the head of International Atomic Energy Agency, Rafael Grossi has condemned the shelling, saying such attacks have risked a major nuclear disaster.

He said attacks are extremely disturbing and threat to world peace.

Meanwhile, an IAEA team on the ground said, there had been damage to some buildings, systems and equipment at Europe's largest nuclear power station.
