Transaction of 6,000,000 shares of Bank Al-Habib Limited

Karachi, Bank Al-Habib Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that Mr. Anwar Haji Karim has been transferred 1,500,000 shares to Mr. Afzal Umer, 1,500,000 shares to Mr. Abid Umer, 1,500,000 shares to Mr. Anis Yakoob and 1,500,000 shares to Mr. Noman Yakoob through gift deed.

Bank Al-Habib Limited is a banking company incorporated in Pakistan on October 15, 1991 as a public limited company under the Companies Ordinance, 1984. It is a scheduled bank principally engaged in the business of commercial banking. The registered office of the company is located in Multan and the principle place of business is located in Karachi.
