Saudi Arabia provides 200 tons of Dates to Government of Pakistan as a gift

Islamabad, May 12, 2016 (PPI-OT):The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia provided 200 tons of Dates to the Government of Pakistan as a gift. On behalf of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, HE. Mr. Abdullah M. Al-Zahrani, Ambassador of Saudi Arabia to Pakistan formally handed over the consignment to Mr. Amir Tariq Zaman, Additional Secretary, Cabinet Division, Islamabad on 12th May, 2016. Senior officials of Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cabinet Division were also present.

On behalf of the Government of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Mr. Amir Tariq Zaman, Additional Secretary, Cabinet Division expressed sincere thanks and gratitude for this kind gesture on the part of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He also conveyed the warm sentiments of the people of Pakistan for their Saudi brethren for their love and affection and also expressed the hope that the warm and cordial relations between the two brotherly states will continue to flourish in all times to come.
