Punjab University awards PhD degrees to 4 candidates
Lahore: Punjab University has awarded PhD degrees to Saeed Ahmad Watto S/o Muhammad Hanif in the subject of Sociology after approval of his research thesis entitled “Male Perspective on Perpetrating Physical Violence Against Women in Rural and Urban Households: A Multilevel Analysis,” Mahmood Ahmad S/o Baloch Din in the subject of Urdu after approval of his research thesis entitled “Mushfiq Khwaja – Life and Work,” Abu baker Shahid S/o Maqbool Ahmad Shahid in the subject of Medicine (Radiotherapy) after approval of his research thesis entitled “Post Mastectomy Radiotherapy in CA Breast, A Comparison of Three Protocols” and Muhammad Jamil Ali Al Thbitat S/o Jamil Ali in the subject of Islamic Studies after approval of his research thesis entitled “Fundaments of Communication Politics During Lifetime of the Prophet (P.B.U.H) and Some Models of Its Practical Applications.,”
They have completed their theses under the supervision of Prof Dr Muhammad Zakria Zakar of PU Institute of Social and Cultural Studies, Prof Dr Aurangzeb Alamgir of PU Department of Urdu, Prof Dr Muhammad Amin Athar Director PU Institute of Biochemistry and Biotechnology and Prof Dr Mohammad Akram Ch. Vice-Chancellor University of Sargodha, Sargodha, respectively.
