Islamabad: President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif have paid tribute to the security forces for their successful intelligence-based operation in Khuzdar District of Balochistan.
According to Radio Pakistan, both leaders expressed their appreciation in separate messages, commending the security forces for their timely intervention in thwarting a terrorist plot by Fitna al-Hindustan militants. President Zardari emphasized the nation's pride in its valiant security forces, reaffirming that operations would persist until terrorism, particularly those sponsored from abroad, is fully eradicated from the country.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif praised the professional skill, courage, and timely action of the security forces in his statement. He asserted that every malicious attempt to spread terrorism in Pakistan would be defeated. The Prime Minister also highlighted that the entire nation stands united with its brave security forces, valuing their sacrifices for the peace, stability, and security of the homeland.
