Pellet injured Insha leaves for Mumbai for eye treatment

Srinagar, December 04, 2016 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, Insha Mushtaq, a pellet injured girl of Sedu Shopian who has been adopted by illegally detained Chairman of Democratic Freedom Party (DFP), Shabbir Ahmad Shah, on Sunday left for Mumbai for treatment.

She was accompanied by her parents and Shah’s wife Dr Bilquees. The eye specialists had called her for thorough check-up.

Meanwhile, Shabbir Ahmad Shah in a statement issued in Srinagar reiterated his appeal to people to realize their responsibility of taking care of those blinded by Indian forces. “The need of the hour is to convince all such victims that they are not alone but all Kashmiris are with them,” he said.

On the other hand, a DFP spokesperson in a statement in Srinagar condemned the killing of a Fisheries Department guard, Assadullah Kumhar in Tchansar village saying he was not killed in cross firing as claimed by police but was targeted by Army.
