Karachi, The Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSE) has experienced varied performance over the last six months, according to the latest financial data. October started with a listed capital of Rs. 1,653,218 million and ended with the KSE 100 Index at 51,920.270 and the KSE All Share Index at 34,558.220. Turnover of shares reached 7,551,772.884 million with ready shares at 8,404.818 million and future contracts at 2,531.777 million.
In November, the listed capital increased slightly to Rs. 1,656,800 million. The turnover of shares rose to 8,729,523.266 million, accompanied by significant activity in both ready shares and future contracts, recorded at 14,056.434 million and 3,686.656 million respectively. The KSE 100 Index saw an increase to 60,531.270, and the KSE All Share Index moved up to 40,324.280.
December witnessed a further increase in listed capital to Rs. 1,665,476 million. Share turnover continued to climb, reaching 9,062,902.809 million. Ready shares hit a six-month high at 21,165.662 million, and future contracts also peaked at 5,347.305 million. The KSE 100 Index grew to 62,451.040, with the All Share Index at 41,916.270.

s listed capital at Rs. 1,669,726 million. Though turnover of shares slightly decreased to 9,073,759.924 million, ready shares and future contracts were actively traded at 11,737.426 million and 4,167.581 million respectively. The indices were slightly lower with the KSE 100 at 61,979.180 and the All Share at 41,892.680.
February's data showed a minor rise in listed capital to Rs. 1,671,335 million and an increase in turnover to 9,225,160.480 million. Trading volumes for ready shares dropped to 7,190.089 million, and future contracts to 2,884.350 million. However, the KSE 100 Index reached a new high at 64,578.520 and the All Share Index at 42,840.890.
March marked the end of the six-month period with listed capital at Rs. 1,673,001 million. The turnover of shares was the highest at 9,447,694.312 million. Ready shares were traded at 7,673.191 million and future contracts at 3,080.374 million. The KSE 100 Index closed at 67,005.110 and the All Share Index at 44,562.880.
