Nothing wrong in raising Pak flags in IOK: Kamal

Srinagar, June 04, 2015 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, senior leader of pro-India, National Conference, Mustafa Kamal has said that there is nothing wrong in Pakistani flags being raised in the territory. Mustafa Kamal, former puppet minister and brother of National Conference patron, Farooq Abdullah, talking to reporters in Srinagar questioned why Indian government gets perturbed over the raising of Pakistani flags in the Valley and said that India should respect the neighbour’s flag.

“This is a flag of an independent country. India has to respect it. India and Pakistan both are signatory to the UN charter and they have to respect each other’s flags. Pakistani flag is not just a piece of cloth, the flag of Jammu and Kashmir is not a piece of paper, the flag of India is not a piece of paper, they all have their respects,” he added. Sooner or later, India and Pakistan will have to sit together to find out a solution to the Kashmir dispute, he pointed out.
