Met Office forecasts hot, dry weather

Hot and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country during the next twelve hours.

However, rain wind-thunderstorm is expected at isolated places in upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Upper Punjab, Gilgit-Baltistan, Kashmir and adjoining hilly areas.

Temperature of some major cities recorded this morning:

Islamabad  and Quetta  twenty-two degree centigrade,  Lahore twenty-eight, Karachi thirty-one, Peshawar  twenty-seven, Murree seventeen, Gilgit fourteen and  Muzaffarabad nineteen degree centigrade.

According to the Met Office forecast about Occupied Kashmir, the weather in Srinagar, Jammu, Leh, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian and Baramulla is expected to be partly cloudy with chances of rain and thunderstorm.

Temperature recorded this morning : Srinagar  fifteen degree centigrade, Jammu twenty-six, Leh eight, Pulwama,  Baramulla and  Anantnag fourteen  and Shopian thirteen degree centigrade.
