Malik, others denounce youth killing by Indian army

Srinagar, July 01, 2013 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, the Chairman of Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF), Muhammad Yasin Malik has strongly condemned the killing of two Kashmiri youth by the Indian Army.

Terming the killing of Irfan Nabi and Tariq Ahmad another glaring example of Indian state terrorism, Malik in a statement said this form of terrorism has been unleashed in Kashmir by the so-called largest democracy in the world.

“A day before Indian Foreign Minister was giving us a lesson to forget and forgive and after only some hours his forces have once again shown their ugly brutal face and killed more innocents,” he said.

Malik said that the Kashmiris were not safe even in their own homes. “The sacred blood of Kashmiris cannot go unnoticed and Indian state and its Kashmiri puppets will have to reply for these criminal acts,” he added.

Meanwhile, JKLF Bandipora district President, Syed Nisar Jeelani along with a delegation reached Markundal Hajin and Koundbal Sumbal met the families of martyrs and expressed solidarity with them.

JKLF-R Chairman, Farooq Ahmad Dar, Chairperson of Duktaran-e-Millat, Aasiya Andrabi and High Court Bar Association also expressed anguish over the killing of youth by the Indian Army in Sumbal.
