Srinagar, July 12, 2013 (PPI-OT): Indian Ministry of Defence has refused to vacate the land worth billions of rupees in New Delhi belonging to Jammu and Kashmir.

A report appearing in a section of Srinagar-based press says that the Ministry of Defence has conveyed its inability to the puppet Ministry of Home Affairs to vacate 96 kanals of land, under its occupation at Kashmir House, Rajani Marg in New Delhi.

“The Defence Ministry said that it may not be feasible for them to vacate the property, citing shortage of accommodation,” the report added.
