Minister for Information and Broadcasting Marriyum Aurangzeb says PTI Chairman Imran Khan cannot claim to be a protagonist of media freedom as he had imposed worst media gags during his tenure as Prime Minister.
In a statement on Wednesday, she said International Media Watch has declared Imran Khan a fascist because of his suppressive measures against media.
Marriyum Aurangzeb said it was during Imran Khan’s tenure that thousands of media workers were left unemployed.
