Hurriyet leaders call for shutdown in IOK tomorrow

Srinagar, June 16, 2015 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, complete shutdown will be observed in the territory, tomorrow, to protest against the killing of Hurriyet activists in Sopore town by Indian armed agents. Call for the shutdown has been given by the veteran Hurriyet leader, Syed Ali Gilani, the Chairman of All Parties Hurriyet Conference, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, the Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front Chairman, Muhammad Yasin Malik and senior Hurriyet leader, Shabbir Ahmed Shah.

The leaders also appealed to the people to march towards the Sopore town on Friday to protest the bloodshed of the innocent people by the Indian secret agencies and to show a solidarity and unity with the families of the victims. The leaders will address a public gathering on the occasion. It is to mention here that the Indian armed agents in disguise have killed six Hurriyet activists in Sopore during the past three weeks.
