History made as Nepalese climbers become first to reach K2’s summit in winters
A 10-member team of Nepali Climbers become the first mountaineers to reach the summit of world’s second highest peak K-2.
K2 is among the last of the fourteen, 8,000-meter peaks that were not summited during the winter season.
The team was led by Chhang Dawa Sherpa.
