HCJK, DFP hold condolence meetings for Shabbir’s mother

Srinagar, December 29, 2014 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, the Hurriyet Conference Jammu and Kashmir (HCJK) organised condolence meetings in Srinagar over the sad demise of the mother of Hurriyet leader, Shabbir Ahmad Shah. The HCJK leaders in the meeting, paying tributes to the deceased, said that she was a pious lady who was fully dedicated and determined towards freedom struggle. Her demise is indeed a great loss, they added.

The Hurriyet leaders said that Shabbir Shah’s mother throughout her life exhibited utmost courage and steadfastness with regards to her husband and son’s sacrifice. She never compromised on any front and remained dedicated.

The Jammu and Kashmir National Front (JKNF) Chairman, Nayeem Ahmed Khan, JKLF-R Chairman, Farooq Ahmad Dar, Hurriyet leader Shabbir Ahmad Dar, Islamic Political Party Chairman, Muhammad Yousuf Naqash, Democratic Freedom Party leader, Muhammad Yasin Ataai, Bilal Ahmad Shah of Jammu and Kashmir Muslim League attended the meeting. Meanwhile, condolence meetings were organized at party’s all zonal and provincial levels of the territory.

In Islamabad, the meeting was presided by Zahoor Ahmad Sheikh, Pulwama – Muhammad Amin Butt, Shopian – Tanveer Ahmad, Budgam – Muhammad Yasin Ataai, Baramulla – Gilkaar Sahib, Sopore – Naseer Ahmad, Kupwara – Peer Inayat ullah, Doda – Muhammad Shafi Rangrez, Bhaderwah – Shameem Ahmad Tak, Kishtwar – Molvi Abdul Qayoom, Rajouri – Mir Hussain, Jammu – Narendra Singh Khalsa and Kulgam – Bashir Ahmad Wani.

During their respective meetings, the leaders expressed solidarity with the family of Shabbir Ahmad Shah and prayed for the deceased.
