Freedom sentiments embedded deep in Kashmiris’ blood: Naqash

Srinagar, July 24 2013 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, a delegation of Islamic Political Party led by its Chairman Mohammad Yousuf Naqash visited the relatives of two Kashmiri youth who were sentenced to life imprisonment by a Kolkata court without any crime.

The delegation also included party General Secretary Shah Ghulam Hassan and Showkat Ahmad Rather.

They also visited the hospitals to inquire after the people who were injured by Indian forces and police during recent protest demonstrations against Gool incidents.

On the occasion, Muhammad Yousuf Naqash said that India would never succeed in diluting, suppressing or curbing the sentiment of freedom in Kashmir through oppression and cruelty as freedom was embedded deep in the soul and blood of the people of Kashmir. He further said that the unabated fascism and oppression in Kashmir speaks volumes about the total failure and frustration of India in the territory.
