Four Indian troops among twelve injured in Shopian blast

Srinagar, October 11, 2016 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, twelve persons including four troops of Indian Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) were injured in a grenade blast in Shopian town, today.

Witnesses told media men that the blast took place at Bonbazar in Shopian Chowk, resulting in the injuring of eight civilians, including four women, as well as four CRPF troops. The injured have been shifted to District hospital Shopian for treatment.

On the other hand, dead body of a 27-year-old missing woman was recovered in Kishtwar. The deceased, Shafiqa Bano, was missing from her home since October 1, 2016, after she went to field for farming but did not return.
