Employees Old Age Benefit Institution, Federal Board of Revenue, Securities Exchange Commission of Pakistan sign deal to facilitate businesses for registration

Islamabad, December 20, 2013 (PPI-OT): A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed by Chairman EOBI, Mr. M. Ayub Sheikh, Chairman FBR, Mr. Tariq Bajwa and Chairman SECP, Mr. Tahir Mahmood here to facilitate businesses in their registration with these organizations.

The MOU envisages that registration of companies/businesses with one organization would mean that it would be valid for all the three organizations and they would no longer be required to register individually with each of the organization separately.

The MOU is a step towards simplification of procedures and efforts of the government to create a conducive environment for business and investors and further improve business environment in Pakistan. The Finance Minister, Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar was also present on the occasion.
