Delisting of Term Finance Certificate of Tameer Micro Finance Bank Limited
Karachi, Karachi Stock Exchange informed that consequent to Final Profit Payment/ Principal Redemption of TFC2 of Tameer Microfinance Bank Limited and confirmation of same by the auditors of the bank. It has been decided to delist the said TFC’s of the bank with effect from January 16, 2015.
Tameer Microfinance Bank Limited is the scheduled Micro Finance Bank in Pakistan and a majority owned subsidiary of Telenor Pakistan. The bank was incorporated in 2005 in Pakistan to provide micro-finance and related financial services to the less privileged and unbanked segment of the society, with an aim to contribute towards poverty eradication under the Microfinance Institution ordinance, 2001.The registered office of the bank is located in Karachi.
The bank has an outreach of over 115 Tameer customer touch points along with more than 23,000 Easypaisa outlets within Pakistan. Range of financial services offered by the bank includes Deposits, Loans, Mobile Accounts, Health Insurance, Alternative Energy Solution, Remittances, cash management services, delivery through bank on Wheels, Agricultural and Dairy Financing.
The symbol “TMFBLTFC2” is being used by the stock exchanges for the shares of Tameer Microfinance Bank Limited.
