Delhi has failed to suppress liberation movement: Naqash

Srinagar, January 23, 2013 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, All Parties Hurriyet Conference (APHC) leader and the Chairman of Islamic Political Party Jammu and Kashmir, Mohammad Yousuf Naqash has said that India has totally failed in suppressing the Kashmiris’ ongoing liberation movement.

Mohammad Yousuf Naqash in a statement issued in Srinagar said that India should come forward for just, honourable and lasting solution in accordance with the aspirations of Kashmiri people.

He stressed that United Nations Military Observers Group, stationed on both sides of Line of Control (LoC) for supervising ceasefire should also devise the mechanism to monitor the uncertain situation created by brutal operation of Indian forces in occupied Kashmir and report the incidents of human rights violations date-wise to the United Nations.

The APHC leader extended support to the strike call given by pro-freedom camps on January 26, the Indian Republic Day and stressed people to observe the day as a black day and remain indoors to impress upon the world that Kashmir is under the illegal and forced occupation of India.

He also extended full support to the strike call given by the veteran Kashmiris Hurriyet leader Syed Ali Gilani on January 25 Jan and January 27 against massacre in Handwara and Kupwara respectively by Indian forces,

He said the advisory published by Indian police force is a dangerous threat of nuclear, biological and chemical weapons attack on Indian occupied Kashmir and urged people to construct basements and underground bankers and store food grains and water.

Naqash, while commenting on such dangerous advisory, said Kashmiri people smell conspiracy in it as it seems that Indian government may now be preparing for nuclear, biological and chemical weapons attack on Kashmir in to wipe out the whole population.
