Customer Satisfaction award making businessmen aware of importance of consumer empowerment: Prime Minister

Karachi, December 16, 2014 (PPI-OT): “I believe that Customer Satisfaction Award is a positive initiative that will create healthy competitive environment amongst the leading national and multi-national Products/ Brands and Services operating in Pakistan and will assuredly play an important role in making the businessmen aware of the importance of Customer Satisfaction and consumer empowerment”, this was stated by Prime Minister of Pakistan, Mian Mohammad Nawaz Sharif in the Award Distribution Ceremony of 2nd “Customer Satisfaction Award 2014” in celebration of 31st World consumer rights day, organized by Consumers Voice Pakistan (CVP), Pakistan Standards and Quality Control Authority (PSQCA),Ministry of Science and Technology Government of Pakistan and The Consumers Eye Pakistan (TCEP).

Prime Minister’s message was read in the mega event of CS-Award 2014. Prime Minister, Mian Mohammad Nawaz Sharif in his message, said that “It is very important for business entrepreneurs of Pakistan to realize the importance of the satisfaction of consumers in their businesses whether it is a product or a service.

I am also confident that our businessmen will venture hard to adhere to highest standards of quality control to the entire satisfaction of consumers.” Prime Minister, Mian Mohammad Nawaz Sharif admires the efforts of the organizers of Customer Satisfaction Awards activity.

He also congratulated to the winner Awardees. Mr. Rasim Khan, President Consumers Voice Pakistan” in his welcome Address Thanks honourable guests and congratulates winner Awardees. He said that Customer Satisfaction Award is Tribute, to the Businesses that Cares and Serves their Customers at highest level, hence are most popular, among the Consumers, having ISO/ PSQCA certification.

Engr. Shabbir Ahmed Qureshi, Director CA PSQCA Pakistan Standards and Quality Control Authority (PSQCA), the designated Board Committee Member for Customer Satisfaction Awards 2014 Speaks on behalf of Director General PSQCA, highlighting the working of PSQCA he appreciates organizers of Customer Satisfaction Awards and assured them his full cooperation.

He shows confidence in business community that they will be more conscious of the Quality Standards. He congratulated to the winner Awardees. Mr. Umar Ghauri, Chairman “The consumers Eye Pakistan” in his Keynote speech said that that Customer Satisfaction Award is developing a relationship of trust among consumers, producers, service providers and concern authorities in Pakistan.

Increasing competition is forcing businesses, to pay much more attention to satisfying customers. Chief Guest Mr. Abrar-ud-Din in his Speech appreciates organizers of Customer Satisfaction Awards. He said that” I am confident that the business community of Pakistan will now be more conscious of the Customer Satisfaction.
