Chinese Ambassador Donates Rs. 0.6 Million for Flood Victims of Badin

Islamabad: In response to the appeal of Dr. Fehmida Mirza, Speaker National Assembly to the International community for assistance to the flood victims of Badin, Chinese Ambassador to Pakistan Mr. Liu Jian, presented a cash donation of Rs.0.6 million on behalf of Embassy of China to the National Assembly Secretariat, today.

Expressing solidarity with the Pakistani brethren, the Chinese Ambassador said that Pak-china friendship is historic, time-tested and all-seasons and both the countries have supported each other in difficult time.

He said that government and people of China will withstand with their Pakistani brethren in this critical juncture. He assured that his government would extend its all-out support government of Pakistan in relief and rehabilitation of people effected by unprecedented and devastating floods in Sindh. The Cash donation has been transferred to the District Administration Badin.
