Chief Secretary directs for timely disposal of public complaints

Karachi, June 30, 2015 (PPI-OT): Chief Secretary Sindh Muhammad Siddique Memon has advised the administrative secretaries and heads of various attached organization of Sindh Government to look into the public complaints in accordance with the rules and regulations and government policy.

Referring to the request and complaints forwarded by the Chief Secretary office and Chief Secretary complaint cell, the Chief Secretary noted that disposal of the public complaints must be ensured within time while he emphasized that timely disposal is essential as well report on the action should also be furnished to Chief Secretary office.

It may be mentioned that Siddique Memon meet people twice a week on Tuesday and Friday in his office, and issues on the spot orders to the concerned officers to resolve the matters faced by the people in addition to this a complaint cell is also working in Chief Secretary office headed by Director P.R to Chief Secretary Naukhaiz Anwar Siddiqui and the complaints are also dealt and disposed through Chief Secretary email. The Chief Secretary has categorically noted that no delay and negligence be avoided in this respect.
