Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif committed to resolving energy crisis

Lahore, July 23 2013 (PPI-OT): Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif is determined to overcome energy crisis and is making strenuous efforts for this purpose. His daily official engagements include several meetings with regard to power generation and negotiations with energy experts and foreign investors for implementation of various projects of production of electricity.

Due to the efforts of the Chief Minister not only the Chinese company has agreed to resume work on Nandipur power project but agreements have also been signed with several other companies for generation of electricity from hydel, solar, coal, biomass and biogas. The endeavors of the Chief Minister reflect the seriousness of the present government towards resolving energy problem.
