Capital Development Authority Officers Welfare Association oath-taking ceremony held

Islamabad: Chairman Capital Development Authority (CDA) Imtiaz Inayat Elahi has said that the prime responsibility of CDA officers is to work with dedication and enthusiasm in line with their professional abilities to maintain the image of the Authority high among the public.

He said this on the occasion of oath-taking ceremony of CDA Officers Welfare Association here at Pak-China Centre. Chairman CDA said that officers of the Authority had been playing their pivotal role in the construction, development and maintenance of the Federal Capital. He said that the officers and official of the CDA are doing their best in further development and up-gradation of the city, adding that still a lot of hard work is required in line with modern techniques for development with the future goals, said the Chairman CDA.

The Chairman CDA, Imtiaz Inayat Elahi administered oath to the newly elected office-bearers of the CDA Officers Welfare Association. The Chairman greeted the officers of CDA and said that the association will play its due role according to their responsibilities assign by Authority. He urged the officers to utilize their utmost efforts with their best professional skills and portray omen for the juniors.

The Chairman CDA said that aims and objectives of the association should be obvious based on clear and transparent principles to uplift the image of the Authority because the main objective of the CDA is to facilitate the citizens of the city with all possible efforts in available resources.

Earlier, Chairman of the Officers Welfare Association, Mansoor Ahmed Khan said that the officer’s body will be organized with the intentions to work for the wellbeing of officers and hope that the association will also work with zeal and devotion for the development and maintenance of city.
On this occasion President of the CDA Officers Welfare Association, Syed Imran Shah and General Secretary Riaz Ahmad Randhawa also addressed the ceremony.
