Bank Al-Falah Limited’s board meeting
Karachi, August 08, 2012 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on Thursday 16th August 2012 at 07:30 PM (UAE time) at Abu Dhabi to consider the half yearly accounts for the period ended 30th June 2012 and other agenda items.
The Bank has declared the Closed Period from 9th August 2012 to 17th August 2012 (both days inclusive) as required under clause (xxiii) of the Code of Corporate Governance contained in the listing regulation No. 35 of the Exchange. Accordingly, no, director, CEO or Executive shall directly, indirectly deal in the shares of the Bank in any manner during the closed period.
