Annual general meeting of Siemens Pakistan Engineering Company Limited to be held on January 24, 2017

Karachi, Siemens Pakistan Engineering Company Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that 64th annual general meeting of the company is scheduled to be held on January 24, 2017 at Karachi. The agenda of the meeting will be confirming the minutes of the annual general meeting held on January 26, 2016, to receive, consider and adopt the audited financial statements for the financial year ended September 30, 2016 and reports of the auditors and directors thereon. Further, the closed period of the company is from January 16, 2017 to January 24, 2017 (both days inclusive). Siemens Pakistan Engineering Company Limited was founded in 1922 in the Indo-Pak region. In 1953 the company was recognized as a private limited company. In 1963 the company was restructured as a public limited company.
