Minister for Planning and Development Ahsan Iqbal has appreciated the All Pakistan Chinese Enterprises Association for donating 15.5 million rupees to the Prime Minister's Flood Relief Fund.

In a statement, he said Pakistan is one of the lowest carbon producing country yet we are among the top 10 countries that are vulnerable to climate change.

The Planning Minister said the recent rains are unprecedented as Sindh received more than 400 percent and Balochistan 370 percent rainfall, leaving the two provinces to be the badly affected.
