14 outlaws arrested: stolen valuables and drugs recovered
Islamabad: Islamabad Police have arrested fourteen outlaws from various areas of the city and recovered looted items worth Rs. 1.095 million, three pistols and drugs from their possession, a police spokesman said on Wednesday.
According to details, Assistant Sub-Inspector Fazal Khaliq from Aabpara police station arrested an accused Muhammad Bilal for having stolen mobile worth Rs. 25,000 while ASI Rafi Ullah from Bhara Kau police arrested a thief Naeem Khan for having stolen items worth Rs. 15,000.
ASI Syed Haider Ali Shah from Criminal Investigation Agency of Islamabad police arrested two thieves Iftikhar and Hafeez ur Rehman for having stolen items worth Rs. 1 million. Sub-Inspector Muhammad Ali arrested Zulqarnain and Gulistan in possession of stolen items worth Rs. 54,000.
ASI Kausar Iqbal from Koral police station nabbed four women Khatoon Bibi, Sonia Bibi, Saleema Bibi, Salma Bibi for their alleged involvement in theft cases. ASI Suleman Shah from Shehzad town police station apprehended Aziz ur Rehman for having 222 rifle and 30 bore pistols along with rounds.
ASI Mansab Dar from Golra police arrested Abdul Rehman for having 30 bore pistols while Sub-Inspector Zulfiqar Ali from CIA police apprehended Zameen in possession of 250 gram opium. Cases have been registered against these nabbed persons under relevant sections and further investigation is underway.
